Chalky blue shaker style units and solid oak worktops, electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee machine make this a very stylish and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including a 'butcher block' table with stools allowing for kitchen chats or breakfast bar.
Bedroom
A wonderfully light room with a solid oak king size bed, oak bedside drawers and matching wardrobe and chest of drawers giving you plenty of storage for all your holiday clothes.
Ensuite
Bath with overhead shower and glass screen, shaving point, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC and shelves for your wash bags completes this room.
Outside
To the rear of the property is a small terrace with BBQ, table and chairs where you can sit and watch the sun setting, there is also an enclosed grassed area suitable for dogs, or if you are nature loving, look out for the many species of birds and wildlife in the fields and by the river. There is a potting shed to the side of the property where guests are welcome to sit out in the summer sunshine listening to the sounds of nature. Entirely rural location, it is not overlooked by any other property.

One dog welcome. The owners have a Labrador called Ruby who is very friendly.

Underfloor heating throughout the property with the addition of a log burning stove in the living/dining room, welcome logs provided further supplies can be purchased from your hosts.
Green Credentials
Terrace Barn incorporates many environmental elements including a borehole, a ground source heat pump providing domestic hot water and heating, a whole house heat recovery ventilation system, high levels of insulation, high performance triple and double-glazed Danish doors and windows and underfloor heating, resulting in a comfortable environment which remains cool in summer and warm in winter, even on a cold winter's day it feels like a spring day inside.

Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking at this property. Unlimited WiFi available free of charge. Mobile phone signal is fairly good on EE/O2 and variable on other network providers.
